Since the beginning of his career, Oliver is passionate about sales. Starting off at a medium-sized distributor of media, he soon was put in charge of e-commerce and business development. He then moved on to PAWLIK to engage in personnel development and consulting within the field of sales. Six years later, Oliver was eager to experience start-up culture. After being a chief sales officer for an online portal, he led another start-up, the online job market “salesjob”, as a CEO.
In 2014, Oliver finally devoted himself to consulting. So he returned to PAWLIK as Head of Sales Recruiting. Currently, one of his most important clients is a fast growing start-up for which he fills vacancies in sales with his team. In general, PAWLIK has recruited over 1,500 people for specialist and executive positions during the last years. The consultancy is committed to optimizing companies’ success – by searching and developing people, and by transforming organizations.
